First Visit Information

We’re excited to welcome you to Stream Dental Clinic! Your first visit is an important step in establishing your oral health care routine. Below, you’ll find all the information you need to schedule your appointment and what to expect during your visit.

To schedule your first appointment, please choose one of the following options:
Online Booking: Use our convenient online scheduling tool to select a date and time that works best for you.
Phone Call: Call us at 0703-139-9098 during our business hours, and our friendly staff will assist you in booking your appointment.

Medical Conditions

Please inform our office of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or artificial heart valves and joints) or if you require medication prior to dental procedures.

What to Expect on Your First Visit

During your first appointment, you can anticipate:

  • Comprehensive Examination: Our dentist will conduct a thorough evaluation of your teeth, gums, and overall oral health.
  • X-rays: If deemed necessary, we will take X-rays to get a complete picture of your dental condition. If your referring dentist has taken X-rays within the last month, you may ask them to email those to our office; however, we typically take our own X-rays, so this step may not be needed.
  • Personalized Treatment Plan: Based on the examination, we’ll discuss any findings and recommend a customized treatment plan to address your needs.
  • Q&A Session: Feel free to ask any questions regarding your oral health or treatments.

Important: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 during the consultation to sign necessary forms.

1.Eating Before Your Appointment:

Please eat a regular breakfast or lunch, as applicable.

For your first consultation or evaluation, avoid taking over-the-counter or prescription pain medications within 6 hours of your appointment. This helps the Doctor accurately assess your dental condition

Following your visit, we will provide you with all relevant information regarding your treatment plan and any necessary follow-up appointments. Our team is dedicated to supporting you in maintaining your dental health.
